We teach karate for the purpose it was originally intended -- Self-Defense. No fancy high-kicks and flips. We teach skills you can use on the street if you need them, these skills are disallowed in tournaments.We teach Adults. Yes, there are some teens in our classes (13+) and we love having them. But the average age our our students is 45-55. You are never too old to start your karate journey. Train with a 9th Degree Karate Master who has over 45 years of teaching experience. Denise teaches Womens Self Defense Karate and the Mom & Teens Self Defense Classes.
