I am not sure the crew they have in Newport News but the level of professionality and bullshit I have had to deal with over an important part of my yard....wow. Southside crew I guess, or a mix....

Had a 9 am appointment for the estimate and they were late. They did not make it on the scheduled day for the service. I had to be at work the day they showed up. They let the limbs hit my gutters...
