They lost my vial on February 3-d 2025, and never bothered to call me or apologize. Interesting how they loose it when it has a bar code and name attached to it. Nightmare has to go twice.

I called many times and could not get hold of anyone to ask if I need to make an appointment or just walk in. Not sure if there is staff working there even. They need to be more responsive.
