Back 1 year after my previous review. Service was faster but the while rice was dry and they charged $2.30 for a small (16oz) bottle of water.

actually worst meal I've had in a while. if I wasn't hungry, and paid for this meal I would have trashed it. editable but not good. additionall, they try to put so much rice on the plate...
