Mitchell Homes builds custom and semi-custom homes in more than 70 counties and cities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. We offer over 30 stick-built home designs for you to choose from, and all of our plans can be fully customized to your liking. Our home prices start in the $90, 000's and sizes range from 900 square feet to well above 3000 square feet. If you don't find a home plan that fully meets your needs, bring us a custom plan of your choice and we'll build from your plan.
