100% of the time the air conditioning sponsored by Michael & Sons is broken. There are more raccoons living in the dumpster than employees who clean the facility. Management has lots of turnover...

This year (22/23) so far, I'll add a star as they painted and it appears they tried to do some repairs and upgrades. However the bathrooms are still a hot mess and still no soap. Very unorganized...
