False fire alarms every month at 3 am try waking kid up at 6 am for school. The alarms are always mon -Fri. Plus the garage door is broken for months.

RUN! I signed a lease here two months ago and they have roaches everywhere, the hall ways and doorways are covered in dog piss and feces! They refuse to do anything about it too after complaining...

This place is full of roaches, it is true and when you leave the appointment they will charge you for the pest control as well. Also the people who sit at the front desk takes no responsibility...
