I've never been a huge Arby's fan, but this one may change my mind. The staff here is pretty friendly. Minus one who I'll just chalk up to maybe having a bad day. Listen, let's not fool...

If there was a way to give no stars I would ! We went though the drive thru to order food and it had hair in it . We asked for a refund and they wanted the whole order back . Refused the refund ....
