They do not explain what they are doing to pre-teens and children, they do not go gently on them nor do they seem to know what they are doing, not friendly at all, they do not answer any questions...

everyone was nice but their hygiene practices are low on the totem pole to be a office that puts their hands in people's mouths all day... they don't wash or sanitize their hands in between...
