The staff offer prompt, friendly service. I don't see why people expect butlers to serve them at a convenience store.

This 7-Eleven was so cluttered and it just looked dirty. I would never buy any hot food from here. I just went in to use the ATM. There was a long line when I walked in and when I left.

Come on guys. Last time I was there there were no ketchup packets for the hot dog I bought, this time the iced coffee is out. No prices on some stuff. Please don't let the store fall apart!
