We’re here to provide the information and support you need to make an informed choice about your pregnancy options. We empower women facing unplanned pregnancies by offering compassionate care in a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment. Our services are provided at no cost to you—no insurance required. We offer a wide range of support, including: Options Counseling, Abortion Information, Pregnancy and STD Testing, Ultrasounds to determine gestational age, Prenatal and Parenting Support, Adoption Information, Fatherhood Programs, Healthy Relationship Mentoring, Post-Abortion Counseling.

The Center is a non-profit center that offers compassion, hope and practical help to those struggling with pregnancy, pregnancy loss, relationship challenges and parenting concerns by providing support and services free of charge.

Central Vermont Pregnancy Services exists to educate, support, and empower women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in Washington County. We provide accurate information, free services, and practical support with a holistic and compassionate approach.
