Steve's a nice guy, no question. So, I had him come to fix my grandfather clock. The chime was not chiming in sync with the appropriate hour. He came, put new batteries in it, turned the hands...

It took much longer than I expected but my crystal regulator has never been happier. Highly recommended, just be patient.
