Poor, the chip was still very visible after repair then when I paid with a credit card, they didn't authorize it and it fell off my account. So, they began harassing me for payment. Then...

Terrible. Already had an awful experience getting a small chip filled with my other car at Grease Monkey. They at least were willing to try and make it right. Since this is what Safelite...

Not the most competent employees. A little bit concerned about the quality of work done given how disorganized they were and their lack of communication skills. Customer service could be improved.
