Went to the IHOP in Jordan Landing yesterday for my birthday. I asked the waitress about the free pancakes on your birthday. She explained that you need to download the app before your birthday....

We just had a five-star experience at the IHOP. Esteban was a fantastic server, and took excellent care of us. The perfect balance of helping without going over the top. The food was excellent....
