HistoryOwner, Angie Barton is a passionate coffee drinker. She has always been attracted to small coffeehouses, enjoying delicious coffee beverages, as well as being in the atmosphere that a coffeehouse can create. Living in a rural area, a coffeehouse was a niche that needed to be filled. With the help of some coffee friends, she set out to open Muse Coffeeshop in Castle Dale, Utah. Surrounded by unique landscape of the San Rafael Swell on the East side of our small city and the Joe's Valley boulders to the West, Castle Dale seemed like the perfect location! With a lot of support and encouragement, she was able to open in 2015.
