The Cliff Dining Pub brings an exciting interpretation of the American cookbook; featuring an eclectic mix of sushi rolls from Los Angeles, steak from the Heartland, sandwiches as diverse as our homes, and pastas from our urban cores. Our bar features hand crafted classics and the best of the new mixology. The atmosphere and experience are unique and exciting, with spectacular views and live music. First evening in SLC our colleague recommended this restaurant. Loved the terrific service, cuisine and views to die for. The pear salad with filet was wonderful. Highly recommend.
