I had to go get my tire repaired because I found this screw lodged in it! I felt like I had to go back to Big O because of the warranty I have. I also requested a tire rotation and an oil change....

Replaced stater still would not start took to another repair shop found out it was the neutral switch No refund for the starter or any other compensation Do not trust this Big O shop

Scheduled an appointment to have my tires rotated. The place was super busy. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and I was able to get in, get out and have the service completed all within an hour....
