Bartolo's is an artisan Salt Lake City restaurant featuring Italian-inspired kitchen items. We offer fantastic Brunch, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinners, 7 days a week. Locally sourced when possible, we try to keep it within a close range from Utah, from flour to eggs, cheeses, charcuterie, etc. That's right! We serve Brunch every day, why have to wait until the weekend to have brunch? We are proud to make the majority of the menu items we do in-house, following family recipes and some other ones not so traditional.
