March 2021 Yoga Twist was born! Kylie spent the covid shut down studying and practicing the art of Pilates and Yoga with over 1000 hours she graduated and combined all learnings, adding in her years of fitness background and created 'Yoga with a Twist'. Starting a small business with just 2 instructors and 3 styles of classes, yoga twist has now grown to 6+ instructors, 20+ classes a week and 15+ styles of yoga, Pilates and fitness including community events.

Movement, Flexibility, Gentle, Upbeat workouts and all the Stretching benefits our bodies require daily. Ages 0-100 and all ability levels welcome. Open 7 days a week with 15 class styles to choose from. We uniquely combine Yoga, Pilates & Fitness for a full body, low impact workout.
