Slowest service ever. Took my mom here for a manicure and we've been here for 2 hours. Terrible. The French manicure she was given looks awful. What a disaster. Never again.

I got my eyebrows done less than two hours ago... my whole forehead is burnt off and i have so many things coming up and i look stupid, i couldn't even get down at chipotle how bad this looks.
