Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. The lady at the window confirmed my order with me verbally and still gave me the wrong order literally a minute after confirmation. How??? ALWAYS check your food before leaving here. Idk how many...

I am the only one in line for the drive through and no one has attempted to prepare my food. All I see is them doing their end of shift tasks.

I'm not exaggerating it takes on average 45 minutes to get your food if they're anything close to busy. It would be faster to drive to the location in Bryan and get my food then to go to this one.

The food was really good and I was about to chow down on my food when I saw a bandaid in the food bag. That's genuinely disgusting and whoever did that should be fired for food safety violation.
