I've lived in this complex over 10 years and sadly no longer recommend this community. They can't get to work orders in a timely fashion, have rats and mice, haven't power washed the common areas...

It's nice living here if you don't have dogs that require proper bathing. I prefer to groom our dogs myself and choosing a right rental area in a dog friendly community that offers dog wash...
