medium busy but even so, service was mediocre, but that's not what gets this place such a low rating. The food was abysmal. If I wanted packaged mashed potatoes, I should save myself the money...

Staff is great. Had a Southwest Chicken salad was terrible. Mostly lettuce and corn. They don't have a dressing for people who can't eat dairy.
