Brought my Jeep in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited an hour before an employee came to me to say there was a problem with the tire rotation. He pointed at two of the wheels lug...

The Valvoline listing online said this place was open until 6pm. I drove 10 minutes to get there and arrived between 5:25 & 5:30. When I pulled up one of the team members said they were closing....

I don't think this is just a coincidence, but I've had three cars taken there and all three cars they said the oil plug was stripped and of course it ended up costing extra money for the oil plug....
