Love the cakes. Glad they are in Houston. The fist time I tasted uncle tetsu was in la, and had to carry it through the airport

I never tried Japanese cheesecake before, but it was really good. Chiffon style cake, mild sweetness. Feels fluffy and cloud like? I don't feel like eating a ton of sugar, let's just say that....
