Very very understaffed. Waited 1/2 hr to check out. Came back another day, exactly the same very long line. There is no separate check out for returns. So one waits 1/2 hr to purchase and another...

Love this store! Usually pretty clean and very organized. Not a huge mess like other stores can get (ie Ross). Easy access to Home Goods from within. Love this place!
