Tillie's culinary menu takes what's familiar and infuses it with an array of innovative international flavors, creating a new set of rules for dining in Central Texas. In 2009, Kim and Whit Hanks saw their town of Dripping Springs, Texas, begin to establish itself as a major destination for Texas Weddings. The two began converting Whit's 200-acre family property into a wedding venue resort. A career as an international antiques dealer provided Whit with a sharp eye for the beautiful heritage pieces that have helped create the unique setting for the property and this restaurant.
