The Patriotic Pig has that classic Texas BBQ vibe patriotic decor, friendly service, casual setting, lots of wood tones. The smell of smoke hits you when you walk in and the line moves steadily....

First... the tenderness and flavor of the pork ribs were OFF THE CHAIN unbelievably delicious. Super moist perfectly cooked brisket! The only complaint was the lack of flavor/salt in the brisket....
