Living at The Flats at Palisades has been a good experience. The apartments are clean and modern, and the leasing office is easy to work with and responsive. It's a good and the location is good.

they took my fee then i cancelled it at 12:00 at 4 :00 they said they were returning my refund Later they stated it was iver 24 hours,, Yeah since they looked at it maybe but NO WAY was it over...

We moved into the Flats (unit 1122) when it was called the Lofts June 2019 and have sadly had to walk away our home in August 2024 due to the almost $500 per month increase in our new lease offer....
