If you want a long wait time and no solutions this is the bank for you. Something as simple as withdrawing cash can take upwards of 20 mins.

They took over Bluebonnet CU years ago and it has never been the same. The service and personal touch offered by BB was great, but sadly not carried on by TDECU. It is impossible to call a branch...

The worst credit union I've ever had. Tons of ridiculous fees. Long delays clearing checks. Lots of fees. Terrible.
