BAIT AND SWITCH EXPERT! Window adv says 40% off Dry Clean, $.99 shirt laundry. 4 shirts, $1.49 + tax. Too large (2XL). 3 dry clean shirts, $17.46 + tax. Total, $24.99. Owner wasn't surprised...
