Have came to this specific location twice around 8:30-9 pm I know for a fact they close at 10 pm. Both times the door is locked and they've put everything away ? Like huh ? Should change the hours...

We came here at 9:30 and the place was closed. I know for a fact that it closes at 10 pm. What is the point of saying 10 when you should 8pm.
