Why is this establishment always closed when the website will say your open. I've drove here twice from 27 miles away and they're closed second time.

$8.59 for the smallest ice cream that's ever lived... didn't even fill the cup so I asked for whipped cream

Didn't go because the reviews were SO bad. We went to baskin Robbin's in China spring instead
