The service is ok. The drinks and pastries I love. The ambiance is relaxing. I love the ice lemon cake and the citrus mint tea.

Staff is typically rude and not personal. Drinks are watered down. If you order online, it's a 50/50 shot they will actually have what you pay for. I'm assuming it's just a poorly managed location.

Great service and always know me by name! I've never gotten something I didn't order and they are very glad to fix something that was my mistake
