The manager Michelle here was passive aggressive from the moment we walked in. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Starbucks. I will never in my life stop at Starbucks again.

This place is ridiculous. Don't go here if you plan on getting a drink in 20 minutes or less. And definitely don't do an online order, you will be even more screwed. The service is complete crap.

takes 30-40 for drinks to be made just a heads up. not only is the area super congested and construct never done but it takes a huge amount of time just for drinks
