This is the only Sonic in Rowlett (and there are 3) that can make a GOOD Cherry limeade. It's perfect everytime! The staff are friendly and they never mess up my order! Thanks sonic!

I don't think I've been to a worst sonic. It's always a 20 wait when I order online 20 minutes before I get there. This place is made by kid late for school even when I ordered 30 minutes...

I don't understand how every time I place an order online, it takes 20 minutes after checking in that I'm there waiting to bring it out to my car. It is a Diet Coke, shouldn't be that complex.

Terrible location. They rarely get the order right and it always takes forever. The drinks are watery and they usually don't even give the one ordered.

Short staff. Placed order, did they didn't get it right. Hit call button 2 times long time to answer. Finally we got our food in about 1 hour time
