Sometimes it's ok! Sometimes the food is ok and the drinks are pretty good. Service isn't usually all that great. Sometimes you have to wait a really long time. Sometimes your food will be cold....

Every time that I've been there I've had bad (horrible) service and not received what I ordered. Plus they're always out of items and/or the ice cream machine is constantly down.
