It took 10 minutes to get JUST our drinks, another 10 minutes after that for our waitress to come back and take our food order. In the mean time another customer came in and seated himself ordered...

Food was bland. Service was bad. Brought the wrong drinks. Never brought the appetizer. Nevertheless business was booming. I don't get it.
