Bought half pound of BBQ and large chunk of it was fat and person working there admitted that they were selling H-E-B sausage. Very sad?

I got at least a quarter pound fat with my brisket. They flat out said they buy their sausage at HEB. Not my kind of barbecue. Will not be returning.
