Sandwich was mostly lettuce and the chicken was rubbery, hard to chew. Was supposed to be on an italian sub bun. It was thin slices of italian bread. Idk know about the service or ambience, I got...

Love this spot everytime I come. Fresh sandwhich, great customer service, and their sweet shop is amazing too. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
