Executive Chef Aristo Gaspar has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and has worked with the Cordua restaurant group. In the summer of 2017, he opened Roots Cafe with his business partner Leon Cedillo in the Decorative Center of Houston. They have clients ranging from the Astros, Rockets, Univision, and more in the greater Houston area.

We went for lunch . The food was not good ! No wonder the restaurant is a dead place! 2 other people there besides us. Not worth going!

Roots Cafe is a must visit if you are ever at the DCH. Their food is DELICIOUS!! Their skinny tostadas is a fave amongst everyone in the office but everything I've tried so far has been fantastic!
