You walk up to a counter and order.....just like all other BBQ places...the difference here is they come by your table and check on you....more than once....nice! My wife enjoyed a plain loaded...

At a catered event, I had the brisket, potato salad, and coleslaw. I wasn't impressed with any of it. The brisket was tough and flavorless.

Food was super flavorful. All of the meats were moist. The Turkey had the most smoke flavor of all. Sides were nice. Corn bread is spicy!!! Overall it was a nice bbq experience.
