My wife and I had a great experience at Proof & Cooper. We came here for some food and cocktails. We were pleasantly surprised by the Campfire Old Fashioned. Definitely a great drink choice....

Server was nice, but service was slow. Waited a long time for food and refills. Food was stale and not at correct temperature. We were so hungry by the time the food arrived, we tried to eat....

Womp womp womp. We were excited to try this place after passing it a million times, but it definitely fell short. Lots of parking around the block, and cute little ally that the restaurant is in....
