Patricia Diane O'Toole, DO

Dr. Speaks enjoys gynecology and working closely with patients to improve their health. She joined USMD in 2009 and has been named a Top Doctor by Fort Worth Magazine, a Mommy-approved OB/GYN physician by Fort Worth Child and received Patient Choice Awards. In her free time, Dr. Speaks enjoys browsing flea markets and crocheting. She lives in Fort Worth with her family.

Dr. Freeman enjoys gynecology because it offers him the opportunity to interact with patients and their families during many important stages in their lives. He has developed an interest in the most advanced minimally invasive procedures. He often accepts referrals from other gynecologists for more difficult cases. Dr. Freeman lives in Fort Worth and has one daughter, who is a fashion designer. He is actively involved in her growing clothing line, both in business and design.
