The company was incorporated in May 1969, and moved from its original small warehouse on Stadium Drive in Arlington Texas to the current location on 1160 N. Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie Texas, in 1970. A fleet of seven trucks cover an eighty mile radius of delivery routes on schedule dates. Swofford Electric Supply currently services customer's branch locations with direct shipments throughout Texas and six other states.
