The food was just ok. Soup was cold and the chicken salad sandwich had more mixed greens than chicken salad.

This is nothing against this franchise owner or their store, specifically. Prices are insane and portions have been cut. Such a ripoff! A half sandwich (more like a quarter), pick-2, kids sandwich...
