What a great little workout spot. Nothing too hard. Nothing too easy. Sydney is the Coach and does a great job keeping the tempo going. This place recently opened with everything sparkling new....

I wish I could give zero star to this location. Coaches are perfect but front desk is horrible. They are so rude and they don't know what are they doing!! I don't know maybe because of my race!
