I never really went to Nau's for the pharmacy, unless it was an emergency. It is extremely overpriced, but as an independent store, that is how they have to roll in order to compete with the CVS'...

Great piece of old Austin. Reminds me of childhood. Good burgers (buttered buns- yummy), malts and shakes. I have always loved Nau's. Rickety seating when you can get it, but thats ok.

I have never used the pharmacy services so I can't say much about that. I have eaten the burgers and I can tell you that these are probably the best old fashion burgers that you can get anywhere...
