I was working on the business part-time, and I realized that clients, the life of my business, required much more than part-time attention. So, I pivoted. I briefly took a role as a property and leasing manager for luxury properties in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and West Hollywood. That experience allowed me to focus on continued savings that would allow me to re-launch my business as a full time agent, while also honing my skills in negotiating contracts, managing transaction flows, and most importantly, better understanding people. I met an agent from Compass whose client leased at my property in Beverly Hills, and from there, the path was laid for me to join Compass as part of the Sebastian Wolski + Associates Team.
