I found moon rooster at the MFAH on a Thursday and their small menu sounded good. The have soft and crispy tacos, salads, and a hot dog on the menu. The guys working the truck were so friendly....

Moon Rooster visited my school today. Service was incredibly fast and friendly. The option of tofu and squash tacos was as very much appreciated! And three tacos for only 10 bucks! Very tasty too.

I tried out Moon Rooster during their weekly visit to the Museum of Fine Arts. For MFAH employees, they offer a 20% discount which is pretty awesome as other food trucks who visit the Museum...
